The system is very simple to reach us, whereby we have made ourselves available to you at just a call or a click. The call will be attended by our executive who will take down your details, and forward the same to the concerned department and we would fix a survey day as suitable for you. You can also reach us by filling a query form that is available on our website.
Our Survey Executive visits you at your premises as fixed and would be equipped with all the required tools that will assist him to evaluate the goods to be transported.
We will come up with an Estimated Cost for the move Via Email/Physical Copy. On consent of the customer, we will finalize the shifting deal, and will give you a brief about the requirements and the workings. We will plan the entire moving process as per requirement.
Once confirmation of the booking is done we will book the dates and time.
The Packing Crew along with supervisor will reach your premise on the day and time as per the confirmation. Our team is well trained on all the techniques of packing and it depends on the delicacy of the articles involved. Suppose if it is a glass item, the team packs the articles using multiple-layer protective packing through cushioning and if it is white goods then then the chords are first safeguarded, and consequently it is packed as per the standard process.
We assist you with a single point of contact from our side and will coordinate and assist you till the delivery and unpacking at destination.
The Goods carrier as agreed will be placed at the premises during packing and all the packed goods are then loaded on board of carriers, and then the consignment is transported as planned.
The driver or the helper of the goods carrier remains in constant contact with your one point contact and is able to notify you about the delivery status, as and when asked.
The offloading crew will reach your premise on arrival of the goods carrier and will offload the goods and will arrange in the new premised as per your requirement.
In case of any issues that may arise due to any reason your one point contact will coordinate with the required team to get it settled within due time, so that you don’t have to face the inconvenience. Also all the claims for the damages or losses incurred are settled on priority, so that your trust on us remains "unscratched".
