1. Introduction
Welcome to Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service request.

2. Definitions
"Company" refers to Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers.
"Client" refers to any individual or entity utilizing the services provided by the Company.
"Services" include but are not limited to packing, moving, storage, and transportation of goods.

3. Services Offered
The Company offers a range of services related to packing and moving, including but not limited to:

• Packing and unpacking of goods
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Transportation of goods
• Storage services

4. Booking and Confirmation
Service requests can be made via phone, email, or through our website. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any service request.

5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on the nature of the service, distance, weight of goods, and any additional services required. The Client will receive a detailed estimate before confirming the service. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company reserves the right to request a deposit prior to providing the service.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
The Client may cancel or reschedule the service by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [15] days of the cancellation.

7. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the nature, quantity, and value of goods to be moved. The Client must ensure that all items are packed securely and properly labeled. The Client is responsible for arranging access to both the origin and destination locations.

8. Liability and Insurance
The Company will take all reasonable care in handling and transporting goods. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to goods caused by unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or third-party actions. Insurance coverage for goods in transit may be available at an additional cost. The Client is encouraged to discuss this with the Company.

9. Claims and Disputes
Any claims for loss or damage must be made in writing within [10] days of the service completion. The Company will investigate the claim and respond within [45] days. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Storage Services
If storage services are requested, the Company will store goods in a secure facility. The Client is responsible for any storage fees, which will be charged on a [daily/weekly/monthly] basis. The Company is not liable for any damage or loss of goods while in storage unless caused by negligence.

11. Use of Personal Information
The Company will collect and use personal information only for the purpose of providing services. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law
